This page explains, in plain terms, what I Do HQ collects and how it is handled. I Do HQ is pre-launch, so this policy will be tidied up and made formal before a public launch. The placeholders below are filled in once the legal details are confirmed.
Who we are
I Do HQ is operated by Ninjaneers Pty Ltd (ABN 68 697 870 643), based in Australia. For anything about your data, contact us at admin@idohq.app.
What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we collect your name, your email address and anything you choose to tell us about your wedding. If you tell us you are a vendor, we note that too.
If you use the app, we hold the wedding details you enter: your events, budget, vendors, tasks, guests, beauty appointments and the ideas you save. This is your data, entered by you.
How we use it
Early-access details are used to contact you about your spot and to understand what to build first. App data is used to run the app for you, nothing else.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run the product, for example hosting and email delivery. They only handle what they need to provide their service, and we choose providers that take privacy seriously.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it removed. Email admin@idohq.app and we will sort it out. Under Australian privacy law you also have rights about how your personal information is handled.
Changes
As I Do HQ moves towards launch this policy will be updated. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
